God, the Creator!

“Be still, and know that I am God!
I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.” – Psalm 46:10 NLT

The world and religion makes us so busy with priorities that we have to do. This because they are trying to makes us depart away from faith in Jesus Christ. To be specific, the world and every kind of religion except Christianity are “work-orientated,” and they are striving to manifest within us the only way to approach to our heavenly Father is by doing good deeds. However, the word of God states, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:8-10) In addition, we ought to know that “Christianity” is faith-orientated, even though it is part of religion. This means that every Christian has to work out their faith of Jesus Christ before they do good deeds, as Ephesians 2:8-10 says. Otherwise, they would sin and experience the eternal death at the end of the age (James 2:14-26). “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23). This is because the word of God  states, “If we say that we have no sin, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth is not in us. But if we confess our sins, God will forgive us. We can trust God to do this. He always does what is right. He will make us clean from all the wrong things we have done. If we say that we have not sinned, we are saying that God is a liar and that we don’t accept his true teaching.” (1 John 1:8-10)

… very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment: about sin, because people do not believe in me; about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; and about judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.
I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you. (John 16:7-15)

Second of all, we have to know that God, our heavenly Father (Ephesians 4:6) is the Creator of everything, including us (Genesis 1-2). This is the reason why the word of God declares, “The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” (Psalm 24:1) Because of this, sometimes we have to be still and concentrate on the Spirit of God to do God’s will, especially when we are busy (Galatians 5:24-25). The main reason for this is stated in Romans 8:28-30 that proclaims,

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.
